I have been asked so many times to do a review of the PRIMARK FAKE TAN.

So my gorgeous gals, today is the day.

I have been a fan of Primark tan for such a long time and I wanted to share with you my hints and tips for making it look its best!

Not only is it super cheap, its actually VERY good quality for the price. Not once have I had that horrible streakiness like some fake tans leave and it isnt a completely overwhelming smell.

Its only £3 for a generous size bottle of the mousse and the consistency is really lightweight too – perfect to blend in to the skin flawlessly.

Take a look at my before and after photos.

If you guys have used the same tan as me then let me know what you thought in the comments below!

Everyday makeup routine

Good Afternoon my beauties!

I dont know about you, but I absolutely love watching makeup routines on youtube, they provide so much inspiration and are great to pick up hints and tips….

Also… sat down with some comfy slippers, hot tea, a warm blanket and a good read of a beauty blog or two is one of my favourite things to do.

I decided to show you the products I use for my daily makeup. Like most of us, I don’t have a great deal of time in the mornings so here are my go-to items that are quick, easy and simple for everyday use…

Firstly, I use my Rimmel match perfection foundation in ‘Ivory‘ and blend this into my face using my Mac 187 brush, it creates the most flawless finish…

Then, using my MakeupRevolution cover and conceal palette, I use the lightest shade to conceal my undereye circles and also to highlight my cheek and brow bones…

I then apply my Mac blush in the shade ‘Sunkissed‘ to my cheekbones and the apples of my cheeks… this colour is a real rosy pink that looks gorgeous with any skin colour…

Using my ‘Hoola’ bronzer by Benefit, I apply this to my cheekbones to create definition and a healthy looking glow – Great for the winter season…

I adore my ‘Naked 3′ palette by Urban Decay. I use the shade ‘Strange‘ all over my lid to create a light base, this creates a fresh and healthy look to the face making you appear more awake…. I then apply the shade ‘Liar’ in my crease to add further definition and to put more emphasis on the eyes.

This mascara is AMAZING! I have tried so many mascara over the years but this one by Max Factor has to be the best. It creates the most amazing curl without the need for eyelash curlers and does not, I repeat, does not flake under the eyes… it is perfect.

Lastly, I fill in my brows with ELF’s brow kit, following the natural shape of my eyebrows. I use the shade dark as I like my brows to be the main focus of face.

And that is it! Easy, quick and simple for everyday use!

So im back off to look at all of your blog posts and ideas now with a nice cup of tea.

Keep your eyes peeled later for my Everyday Makeup routine video.

Ted Baker and Makeup Revolution Haul.

Wow, what a Christmas!

After eating way too much turkey and mince pies, I can safely say that I have had one of the best christmas’ ever.

Christmas is a time for family (and turkey) and I have thoroughly enjoyed the festive season so far.

I have been extremely lucky this year and received some amazing beauty products that I cannot wait to share with you!

Two words. Ted Baker.

OH MY GOODNESS, I received the most gorgeous vanity makeup box from my mum and dad including so many amazing Ted Baker products!

I have to say, the quality of the makeup is outstanding. My favourites are definitely the deep red lip crayon that glides on effortlessly and the felt tip eyeliner that creates the perfect cat eye.

A must have for 2015.

I have also received a selection of concealers by Makeup Revolution and the pigment of each different shade is fantastic. I use the lightest shade and it covers my under eye circles flawlessly.

I just had to mention these few products as I have been so excited about using them everyday since christmas…. stay tuned for a natural glam New Years Eve makeup tutorial coming soon…

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone,

Love C x

Christmas reindeer

Ok, so for Christmas Eve my family chose to have a fancy dress night – christmas edition.

So I began looking on youtube for some makeup inspiration. I came across some reindeer makeup tutorials and absolutely fell in love!

To create the cute reindeer look, I began by applying a light foundation all over my face using my Mac stippling brush. Then, using my NYX eyeliner in a matte light brown, I detailed my nose and filled it with a white eyeliner. I also covered my forehead and cheekbones with the same white colour to create a main focal point.

Using my Benefit Hoola bronzer and a large fluffy brush, I covered my cheekbones and my hairline to darken my skin but keeping the focus on the white areas. I applied the same white dots to my cheeks and forehead the created a nose and mouth using my Revlon liquid eyeliner in Black.

My favourite part of this look was the eyes, I kept it quite minimal with light eyeshadow and white eyeliner but added a set of Katy Perry Lashes to emphasises the Bambi like appearance! I added a simple cat eye look with the same liquid eyeliner and finished of the look by adding a set of antlers.

This makeup look was so simple and easy to do and is a great and fun look using makeup that Everyone has in their draws.

Merry Christmas everyone!
Stay tuned for my christmas makeup haul…..
