I have to say I am in shock…. Seriously. When I first heard about this concealer I knew it was going to be good.

For £4 you get a VERY high coverage, blendable and affordable product – What more could you want? The shade range is fantastic as I believe it has 18 shades!!

Yes. 18 SHADES?!

I tattooed my brows?! TESTING the new Maybelline Brow Tattoo

Like I would actually get a real tattoo? I’m too much of a baby!

However, Brow Tattoos…. Now they are definitely my thing!

Ive been trying out the new Maybelline Tattoo Brow as my eyebrows are usually non existent without some form of brow product….

I picked mine up from my local Boots store for around £12.99 – Yes I know, quite pricey for a Maybelline brow product so I was very anxious to see if it lived up to its price.

If you guys want to see step by step how to use the product and BEFORE and AFTER shots then look no further than HERE.

The product is very simple to use, just apply to the brows with the applicator brush, leave on for 20 mins or more then peel off! Easy Peasey…..

The below picture is during the process of application and trust me… IT DOES NOT LOOK THAT DARK WHEN COMPLETE… phew….

I chose the shade medium brown and it is ideal for my colouring and hair type.

I know some people had problems when peeling off the tattoo as its came off in chunks rather than all together which did happen to me slightly, but it’s really not a problem at all! The product stains just the right parts of the brows and is easy to remove if it gets on other parts of the skin.

For me the tattoo stain lasts for up to a week but does fade slightly by the end and still leaves a defined shape to my brows.

Overall I would recommend this to anyone too scared to have microblading or permanent makeup as the results are clear to see!

Its that time of year where Christmas has just been and bank accounts are running low so why on earth would I be thinking of shopping right now?…

Umm…

Because payday is in 3 days thats why.

I wanted to create my January beauty wishlist as there are so many things that I have got my eye on at the moment and I can’t wait to get my hands on them.

Makeup Revolution Retro Luxe Lip Kit

 

As soon as I heard Makeup Revolution were releasing lip kits, not going to lie, I did scream a little. Im a big fan of their lip products and am in desperate need for the whole collection. Unfortunately they did sell out pretty fast and im not surprised as the colour ranges are stunning.

Who needs a Kylie Lip Kit when you’ve got this huh?

Anastasia Beverley Hills Brow Pomade

Eyebrows shape the face and are an important part of my beauty routine. I have seen so many people use this bad boy and get stunning brows effortlessly. Again, the colour ranges are amazing as my brows are quite light in colour naturally. Its formula is also waterproof which means these brows are not budging all day.

At £18 I think its a good price as these pots really do last a long time.

MAC Lipstick – Mariah Carey

Do I need to add any words to this?

Look at the packaging! It is stunning. If Mariah was a lipstick, this would actually be her! – Sparkly and Magnificent!

The only downfall is the range in colours, there are not too many but HEY! Its a small collection which is crafted to perfection.

Clinique 3-step Moisturising gel

My skin could do with a break from this winter.

I have heard magical things about this and am in desperate need for some soft and hydrated skin. This gel is super hydrating which is just what I need after this cold spell were having, and it leaves the face feeling smooth and soft.

It is a bit more than I would like to pay for a moisturiser but if its true what they say – I’ll see a dramatic difference.

Essie Cashmere Matte Nail Polish

Im all about matte right now and when I saw a cashmere MATTE polish, I knew I had to get it.

The collection is very natural to reflect cashmere elegance but thats fine with me as I LOVE neutral nails.

It is also supposed to have a pearl reflectiveness to it which I think will add a bit of extra glam to the fingertips.

Too Faced SWEET PEACH Palette + Swatches

FINALLY!

I have managed to get my hands on the GORGEOUS Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette!

It is as good as they say guys… It’s stunning.

I bought mine for £39 so a bit on the pricier side but im sure this bad boy is going to last a long time!

Firstly the packaging is so cute and is the most beautiful peach/pink shade with indented peaches all over it.

Moving on to the inside… Well..

The smell hits you as soon as you open it! Such a pretty peachy aroma that makes me just want to eat it…thats a bit extreme but HEY!

It comes with 18 beautiful pigmented shades that blow my mind with colour! I just couldn’t believe how rich and deep the colours are with just one swatch.

So at last, I managed to get my hands on the NEW Makeup Revolution Fortune Favours The Brave Palette!

I have been desperate to have this palette ever since it came out and now…

ITS ALL MINE!

I actually picked this up from my local Superdrug, if you saw in my last blog post, I mentioned that there was only about three or four left so I grabbed it as fast as I could!

Now that I have managed to calm down, Ive been loving creating different looks using the incredible colours.

I decided to create a look that reminds me of SUMMER NIGHTS, so very girly and pretty and sunny and purple and pink and gorgeous……phew.

600 Followers & One year of blogging.

I can’t believe I have reached 600 followers for my blog and reached my One year anniversary!

Thats a lot of you guys!

This past year has been super busy with blog posts and videos, hard work really does pay off! I absolutely love interacting with fellow bloggers and have been introduced to so many amazing and inspirational people. (You Beauties!)

I have so many great blog post ideas coming up and can’t wait to share them! Especially for Spring Time coming up!
As you know I’ve started a YouTube Channel too and that was one of my biggest achievements.. I was so scared at first as there is a lot to live up to on the internet but I realised that the only way you can learn is through experience.

So Thank you everyone for helping me to where I am today! And I know I will continue to be inspired by the blogging community!

Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette TUTORIAL

Pretty in Pink.

I love the Urban Decay Naked Palettes. Especially the Naked 3. The colours are super pretty and feminine.

So today I wanted to create a really lovely look, perfect for the upcoming Spring.

It uses a mix of shimmery and matte pinks, oranges, Browns and blacks. 

Has anyone else got the Naked 3 Palette? What is your favourite shade?

Mine is Dust , all glittery and sparkly and pink and amazing….

My Ombré Lips

One word.

Ombré.

Oh my goodness, I have been utterly obsessed with ombré lips for quite a while now and I am so in love with them.

You can create so many beautiful colour combinations that make your lips look more full, plump and 3D.

I found most of my inspiration on Pinterest and YouTube and added my own personal twist.

This pretty in pink lip is so delicate! I started by outlining my lips with a pink/ nude liner and filled in the outer corners with the same colour. Then using a light dusky pink lipstick I applied this to the centre of my lips keeping the colour to the middle. 

After a few minutes of some good old fashioned lip smacking, you should have a perfectly blended and flawless ombré.

   

 
I used exactly the same technique for this tropical paradise look. I applied the hot pink liner first then a bright orange lipstick.

 This look really reminds me of ice lollys! Perfect for summer evenings!

  

Bring back the 90’s!

Beige and brown. Yum. This look is nice and natural and brings back the nineties grunge era. I love the how the colours blend effortlessly together  and look heavenly!

   

  
Rock n roll.

Black and red go so well together. This is a glamorous look that would look great for night out paired with a little black dress and a stunning clutch.

If you want to soften this look, change the black to a deep red.

The PERFECT HD Brow Tutorial & Christmas Wishes

Merry Christmas Everyone!

I hope you have all had the BEST Christmas ever! I have had such a magical time spending it with my family and I have had some lovely gifts.

I don’t know about you guys but I have been loving the HD Brows lately. Call them faded brows or Instagram brows, I LOVE THEM!

If your not too sure what they are, then have a sneaky pic…

  
So the key is to keep the colouring light and natural at the front of the brows and defined and rich at the tip. I find that using a fine brush and brow gel works perfectly for this and creates such a perfect look that frames the face.
