Good afternoon beauties!

Exciting news!

I have started a summer series!

At the moment in Wales, the weather is not particularly great so this series is a bit of wishful thinking!

I have to admit, I have done quite a few posts already so get ready with a cup of tea and a biscuit or two for the lovely reads that follow today…

I don’t know about you guys, but secretly I love Camping!

Im not afraid of a bit of mud and some rain, but I have to admit, I like to look good whilst im in my wellies!

So this first edition will feature an easy makeup and OOTD to show you what I will be wearing when I go Camping/ Glamping this summer.

 You dolls ready?…

So these are all of the products that I used to create this super easy look.

When I go camping, I like to pack as lightly as possible so these items are perfect!

IMG_2049

To start, I decided to use a bb cream (this one is from Etude House) as it has an SPF and moisturiser all combined.

It creates a flawless and simple base for my skin without leaving me feeling cakey.

IMG_2052

Gold stars for anyone who noticed my dog Honey in the background….

To blend in my foundation, I used my Real Techniques foundation brush, which I unbelievably love.

IMG_2053

To add a lovely rosy and natural glow to my cheeks, I used my fave Ted Baker blush which is so delicate and pretty…

It also comes with a handy little mirror… Win WIn Win.

IMG_2055

Again, I used my Real Techniques fluffy blush brush to apply the colour to my cheeks and cheekbones.

If you havn’t felt how soft this brush is, imagine lovely soft candy floss,

it is perfect….

IMG_2056

This step is optional, but this is generally part of my daily routine anyway.

I’m using my eyebrow pencil that was a £1 from Primark  – Bargain.

IMG_2058

It gives a lovely delicate colour and has a wax end to help keep my brows in place all day long.

And for the price…

I bought 4… oops.

IMG_2060

So im in a tent….

I don’t really want to be messing around with a ton of different tools and products, so the easiest way to add that little bit extra is by using a volumising mascara.

IMG_2061

This mascara by Bourjois is a god send.

It lifts my lashes and makes them look incredible in 2 minutes.

Plus… No flaking!

IMG_2062

Lastly, for a natural shine I decided to add some pretty pink gloss by Benefit to add a hint of colour to my lips.

This small size tube is ideal and fits into my bag or pocket!

Easy for on the go kissable lips.

IMG_2064

As for the outfit, comfort wins for me every time.

I love these high waisted shorts from New Look, so I can hopefully get tanned legs… (I doubt it)

This sailor striped crop top is from Primark and is super comfy and of course you need to have a rucksack to hold that makeup bag etc….

Mine, amazingly, is from Amazon with a striped and lace look.

IMG_2071

Rapunzel let down your hair!

Unfortunately my plait is not that long….

But I love a simple hairstyle that looks pretty and that I can keep off my face.

IMG_2072

And that my friends, is the finished look.

Simple, easy and perfect for those summer days camping with your friends.

Let me know what you beauts think in the comments below,

I would love to know what your Camping essentials are!

Dont forget you can keep up to date with me on my social media and Bloglovin!

Speak to you all later this afternoon for the next edition in my summer series.

Lazy sunday beauty routine

Well good morning my beauties!

I know its been such a long time since I last did a post…. but I have good reason!

I started my new job as an optical assistant this week and I am absolutely loving it! I haven’t had a lot of time for blogging this week as I really wanted to focus on getting the hang of my new job! And we all know how long blogging takes……

So today on my day off, I wanted to share with you my easy-peasy lazy Sunday beauty routine!

So lets begin!

IMG_1664

Regardless of the day, I always start off by moisturising, it leaves my skin hydrated for the rest of the day and is great under foundation. My favourite is the Norwegian formula ‘Deep Moisturiser‘, it smells great and is so hydrating. I got mine from Superdrug for £3.99! Check it out here.

Using a damp Beauty Blender (adding water to the blender helps create a flawless finish when applying the foundation) I apply my favourite BB cream foundation from Makeup Revolution. This brand is probably my favourite this year, they have so many amazing quality products at such great prices. I picked up my foundation in shade 3 from Superdrug for £3! Check it out here.

Using my E.L.F powder and stippling brush, I just apply this over my foundation to really make a fresh and flawless finish. It erases and shine and creates a lovely colour alongside my foundation. I picked this up from E.L.F for £3! (sadly E.L.F is no more) Check out the sales at E.L.F here.

I then go on to apply my Ted Baker blush (which you all know I love) and my MUA bronzer which is also from Superdrug that I got for £2.50. The combination of these two creates such a lovely tone on my skin that define my cheek bones and gives my a lovely rosy pop of colour! Find my MUA bronzer here.

To create a glowy and dew like look to really brighten my Sunday, I applied my powder highlight on my cheekbones, brow bones and nose. Its a gorgeous pearly colour that glistens in the light, really awakening the skin! I picked this up from the I Heart Makeup brand at Superdrug for £4.99. Check it out here.

Of course I would be using my Naked 3 palette by Urban Decay, it has some great natural colours that are perfect for a lazy Sunday relaxed look! I used a gorgeous shimmery colour all over my lid, then applied the shade ‘mugshot’ in my crease, just to add a bit of definition to the eyes. I picked my palette up from here.

IMG_1673

Using the Wet n Wild Mega volume mascara that I received in my US beauty swap, I applied this to my top and bottom lashes to create extra volume. I only used one coat of this as I wanted to keep the look fresh and simple.

I am in love with my EOS lip balm that I also recieved, it is super hydrating and smells great! I love the packaging and feel of the balm, and having it in a round container makes the application so much easier!

A little hint/trick that I have learnt… If you are like me, my lips are naturally not very well defined, Using this lip liner from Primark that I picked up for £1, define your cupids bow to add definition and shape. Trust me it looks amazing.
